NEED ICE

These sunny days are ripe,

For bags of cubes of ice,

To cool the Carnival hype.

Music of steelbands spice,

An ecosystem of bachannal,

 Energizing the art of costume making,

And masquerade choosing.

Ice cold drinks under sunny skies;

 Menu for Dry Season guise.

  6. Sunny days and icy drinks seem like a lifetime away for us here in the UK, Gillena, although this morning is the first without frost and ice. Hope you’re having a great carnival.
