Humdinger Heat
Ho hum!
This heat today is a humdinger,
Courting lethargy,
Unabashed!
Hummingbirds are hidden away
Where, i know not
But certainly not here
For the heat is a scorcher
Humbling to the brightest spirit
Bah humbug!
What a hot day

Gillena, our heat here has finally broken a bit, after some September temps over 110. But for awhile there, we were "Courting lethargy," indeed. SO well put.
