wild fowl haven,

sunlight slithers over the water.

to browse her weight in hyacinths,

the lazy caiman rolls her eyes,

just above the surface of the water,

 munching her greed water fodder,

oblivious to duck ponds and audience stares.

what a sleepy dreamy life.
