A toast to the highest mountain stilled to be faced, we can ace this, all we need are syllables, cookie cutters and counters. Or maybe kigos, cutter words kurumi and contemplation
a swift draft of wind -
under the basho wild vines
clutching tall grasses

Gillena - love your clouds within clouds. Clever mosaic. But that cookie bowl has me really hungry! I am having a great April so far, but I am looking forward to color returning to our white (snow) and brown (mud) world! Thanks for linking up to Mosaic Monday.

Nice. Very cool to intergrate the ideas of Haiku (Kigo, cutting words, syllables etc0 into the poem as expressions. And then a really nice Basho Haiku at the end!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your appreciation, qbit.
