Monday WRites 301

now the season of rain in torrential downpours has come
some greens leaves will delight in holding leaffuls of heavenly tears
rainbows  hide upside down smiles for dry enough interludes

RAIN
A cycle of nurture a circle of nature
From cloud to ocean such is this creature
Which morphs the silence to a tin roof jam
Lashing with might on the window jamb
Wakes one at will in the middle of the night
Vanishing the moon to a misty sight
Dancers will swerve in the heat of a drought
You’ll answer only if and when it’s your sport

THE RAINS
Awakened in the middle of the night
The music on the roof no way slight
Its the sound of night clouds crying
Yes angels sigh while we are sleeping
Ti's much more than than they can take
Months of constant drought will forsake
The comfort of stars lulled to sparkle
While heat informs the moon's darkle
To mood swings of debris and flood
Careless inputs of who man and mud
