Fall Is Not Just A Season
I remember falling in the street;
I was not dizzy, it was no treat.
Falling on the church steps,
Be assured, there was no vortex.
In the car park, after lunch;
And after such a good munch.
Street smart and healthy,
I remember falling.

This kind of fall is so familiar, Gillena – I’ve had my fair share. We think we’re ‘street smart and healthy’, but it can happen to anyone.

As a septuagenarian, always of late at my annual dr. appointment, the one admonishment that is always given is be careful not to fall. Hope you have not fallen....except to look up and enjoy the fall season.
ReplyDeleteWe do not have Autumn in our clime Lillian. Only Dry Season and Rainy Season.
