Monday WRites 196

REIGNING HEAT WAVE
Hot days, cold beers, combine.
Spinning fan, no AC, pleads regret.
Should mundane sighs,
Choose to spike eventuality of days,
Nothing changes to action otherwise.
However sometimes, eyelids thirst for
Siesta without noontime constraints,
And lethagy rules her kingdom
Tight fisted with pursed lips.
