Monday WRites 175

For today's mosaic, I refurbished an oldie, photo and water colour painting.

FACADE
Yellow leaves fall, its not Autumn;
Seemingly she's unhappy alone,
Now that silence dragnets a hum,
To one teacup of tea at her table,
Whispers, can smirk its not Autumn;
Yet she, drawn to her canvas creative;
Applies colours in hues of stylish rhythm,
Knowing not when reds and golds merge,
In tune with wind's dropping sarcasm,
Rain claims season of floods and storms.
A facade, it never was, its not Autumn.

  5. Sw Florida seasons are more like yours than they are the rest of the States! We’re subtropical and coming into the wet season now too.
