  IN REFLECTING - A FOLD

Yet still i recall in reflecting,

As if at logger heads thunder clapped

November streaked in lightning,

Despite her torrid weather,

I still do recall in reflecting,

Days of - will this never cease?

Still, trees are lit now and blinking,

The grinch, maybe was behind it all,

With all his mischief making,

Hope shines through in the end,

As still i recall in reflecting.

  1. The hurricane season hit particularly hard this year, so it's hard to forget easily and you bring that out so clearly, Gillena, though "trees are lit now and blinking." Nicely done. ❤️❤️💚💚

  3. The weather is so intense of late and it makes you wonder will it ever cease. Still as you say the tree's are blinking now and hope shines on. Nicely done.

  5. I love how you captured the weather in your fold, Gillena. Recently we have also thought ‘days of - will this never cease?’ It’s such a relief to see Christmas trees lit and blinking.
