Asking Sara
You have crossed over
Is there enough ink
To scribe the journey
Was it plain sailing
To the other realm
Sincerely asking
Are your words with you
So are you writing
Sunsets are golden
Morning comes again
We are not angry
Your words enlighten
Avid poets sway

Ink here is flowing

Nicely done, Gillena, I love the questions in the first stanza, especially ‘Is there enough ink to scribe the journey’ to the other side, and the answers in the here and now in the second stanza, with those golden sunsets and flowing ink.
