What Is The Equation
Will there be salt to brine our sorrows
Or hearts to swell our passions
Will each mouthful of controversy
Sate the hunger of each other's greed
Will the rich man say enough
And the poor man say i'm okay
Will our treasons burn in hell
As we boat our way across the Styx
What is the equation for equity
In this our earthly existence?

Yes I do agree on this... we need a balance which it often it is not.

The use of questions and repetition is very persuasive, Gillena. I don’t need persuading about this, I agree whole-heartedly with equity and balance.

Sadly, I have considered the equation does not, or will not, exist. A thought provoking post, Gillena.

I like the rich man/poor man. Yeah, we say we're okay when we aren't. Just want to be left alone.
