From my 2015 Archives Blue Plumbagos
You've heard about the Monday Blues well this is Monday WRites (musing on the definition here of rite, as any customary observance for eg the rite of afternoon tea).Welcome to Monday WRites # 311: A Happy Monday to all. Be Safe.
Mosaic Monday # 143: Up Up And Away
AND
Prosey - Clouds
PROVIDENCE
Who am i to question morning sunlight creeping in on a silvery wand of another day's dawning?
And what am i doing dousing the dew on the wildflowers with wet awestruck gasps?
Later, as the azure angels wring out
their weather won raindrops, to tee shirts waving in slight breezes from wooden clothes pin clips
I sigh, waiting for rainbow colors to arc across and i make a wish for today's providence to bless us all.
But these clouds are clearly foreign, such an exotic clutter against the blue cloth of the sky, i muse.
...I love your Blue Plumbagos! Enjoy your week and thanks for hosting.

Lovely thoughts, Gillena--there is always beauty to be found.
ReplyDelete(This kind of straddles prose and poetry to me--but I'm not wading into that again.) 😀
