HEARTS OF GREEN
i colour my heart green for love
of Planet Earth where trees leaf
in chlorophyll choirs high above
bird song painting greyscale dawn
lifting sleepy hearts green for love

offerings steep newness and option
tweeting songs shrill and somber of
cathedrals sanctifying daylight hours
azure to sky emerald to ocean thereof
wishing peace and every harmonic hue
i'll wear my heart colour green for love

The opening itself is so symbolic of the critical situation facing Earth! Great thoughts gillena! Very relevant observation!
