Monday WRites 66

A PECKING AT MY WINDOW PANE
A bird fluttered by my window pane
I swear confusion was his game
His beak poor he banged
Whilst no song he sang
And then in frustration was off again

  11. I'm glad that he was pecking, Gillena. Some here fly into the window, generally then they fall dead tonight. Nice poem, I hope that he will spread the word, no bugs to be had. Car windshields are different though.

  14. Glad to find my way here for the first time, Gillena - enjoyed your musical little ditty about the persistent bird - brought back certain sweet childhood memories for me.... With Best Wishes as always Scottie x

  16. It really makes you wonder. I've had birds sit outside the slider and try to get in around nesting time. I think they think my houseplants would be a good spot to do it.
