TO EVERY SEASON
Bird songs: a raucous time before sunrise
Advent: coloured candles in the wreath lit Sundays before Christmas
Pandemic world: everyone is coaxed into taking the vaccine
Anticipation does have its season.

My son and I still wear masks in crowded places even though we are vaccinated. The cold and flu season was much less severe than usual last year thanks to masks.
ReplyDeleteI am not ready for Xmahanukwanzyule yet!
Its is still mandatory here in T&T to wear the mask, even after being vaccinated

I am smiling, these definitions have to be real? Our song birds have been gone now for about a month. Most migrate into Mexico for winter, I think the cardinals go north to play in the snow. One cardinal died here, she crashed into an upper window of our house.
ReplyDeleteThere was a half day mourning and watch time for her male partner.
..
Oh, sorry to hear of that Cardinal crash.
