[Old photos again today in my mosaic from my days of walking to exercise] I stopped going out to walk and started walking laps in my backyard long before Covid days. And i continue this backyard exercising now
Wishing all A Happy Monday
You've heard about the Monday Blues well this is Monday WRites (musing on the definition here of rite, as any customary observance or
eg the rite of afternoon tea). Welcome to Monday WRites #246: A Happy Monday to all ❧✿❧

Oh, We are in a fix
❧✿❧
SO MANY MANGOES
Evening sun stares, fixed awhile in orange rays, as day takes a few minutes gathering herself in contemplation.
There is the old mango tree like a still life in the near distance, heavily laden with fruit
Sigh. This is definitely a new normal scene

Exercising in whatever form is always a blessing Gillena. You may try 'earthing' ie to be barefooted at some point. It seems it is a good alternative sometimes. Google for its goodness! Stay safe Ma'am!

Thanks Hank, i learnt a new term 'earthing'

I had mango for breakfast this morning – one of my favourite fruits. I love the flare of colour in the orange rays, Gillena, and the ‘old mango tree like a still life… heavily laden with fruit’, in which you hint at more colour.

Having a backyard with ripe mangoes is not that bad... hope you keep well.
ReplyDeleteView from the backyard Björn. I used to have a mango tree. Not anymore. But there are a few i can see in the neighbourhood. Before covid 19 one would have to ask where did the mangoes go😊
