A mockery of cavities, a murder of crows. What can an inkblack sky tell of stories yet to be told?
Trick or treat, the song of all hallows eve. A carnival of bone sketched skeletons roaming the streets. Ghoulish faces mask the treasury of kids greedy for their sugar rush.
How many sweets can any one child eat.

Right up until the witch's hat fell from the toddler's head, though for sure someone was being enticed for nefarious reasons (perhaps like Hansel & Gretel). Hopefully this tale turns out for the better.

So sad that so many trick or treat plans are cancelled this year. The little goblins are saved from a rainy, cold night here in my world, however.

I like traditional Halloween, but not the commercial, sweet-selling, trick-or-treating kind. I do like the phrase ‘a mockery of cavities’, Gillena, which sums up what I think.

It appears some parents will put their children out into a Covid-19 nightmare. We are shutting our home down, and can only hope Halloween does not become another super spreader.

Yes, how much more do they want. They are not to consume all. The fun of it beats them all
