Monday WRites 149

[for today's mosaic i used images from the internet; fair use]

HE'S COMING
They just didn't understand, no!
couldn't get it,
would you have then?
and would i have?

He spoke of a temple rebuilt,
in three days time
when destructed.
A mad man's rant!

For surely this is what they thought,
The Son of God?
In flesh and blood?
Simple and plain?

Yet He died and He rose again.
Thence in a cloud,
ascended and,
will come again.

HAPPY MONDAY. You've heard about the Monday Blues ❧✿❧ well this is Monday WRites (musing on the definition here of rite, as any customary observance or practice eg the rite of afternoon tea).
Welcome to Monday WRites #149, ❧✿❧ What's your mood like today ❧✿❧ I invite you to link in with one of your WRites

Enjoy The Music

❧✿❧

Blog hopping today with imaginary garden. In April we write a poem every day

Waiting for...........
Prompted by Isadora Gruye and challenged: Write a poem about waiting, but don’t tell us what you’re waiting for in the poem. There are so many possibilities, which one will you not tell us about?

  17. A great question to ponder - would we have believed if we lived in that time? It makes many of our current problems fade into oblivion ... Beautiful mosaic to go with lovely words!
