[ Yellow Poui from Pinterest]

CHORUSES
My lips quiver to monotones,
Day in, day out, they chant
Of Hail Mary's.
The surcease of doubt,
In the face of hope,
Like blooms of Poui hallelujah.
Greet thee Easter chords of my chant.
Then sing these choruses,
Then repeat your reply,
For this plan of creation,
It is His, not mine.

  12. The perfect image for your beautiful poem. When I traveled to Panama, I believe the tree in the photo was what the called, the sunshine tree.
