WARRIOR STEP
Though moon be full and bright, like orbs of one-eyed monsters to sight, and scent of jasmines ride the waves, of night's silence in heaves, still they chip, snip and carry; knowing, sensing, choosing the reds rather than the yellows. Step purposefully lass! they can pinch at your manicured toes, they aim to make you scream. They can steal your joy, but only, if you let them.

    Those little monsters do love sweet scented plants (and biting unguarded toes).

    I can smell the jasmine... and remember a sting or three.

    I don't know. They are always toting the red petals. Maybe they like there taste of it. My granddaughter is curious as to where they carry it to.
