OF PAIN LIVING QUESTIONS
Moon of the morning,
Misshapen, how is it
You watch our pain unflinching?
Are you birthing our pain?
Lingering there? Moon of the morning.
Fixed is your stare.
Is it dare? or are you warning
Us to come out seek the light?
For life, is indeed of living;
In joy, or of its retreat,
Still to shine, Moon of the morning.

UNDER MILLION STARS
Wine me a heady sweet muscat
Bright moon sentinels no chat
Music me with guitar strums
For night of repast surely is at

Dance you stars in somber sky
While we amazed to wonder fly
By whispers sweet and sensuous
Fill our tryst with arduous high

When sated love uncovered now
Wrap entwined its fantasy cow
Trinket poems in garlands strung
Like lamplight to moth staying vow

his first big competition

this wasn't the school concert hall
these were strangers called the audience

he could hear them cheering
just before the curtain rose
that's when he fainted

['broken hearted' BY chris bradley; Fair Use]

ARCH OF COLOUR
If i curved a question into arch of colour,
Would yellow be the taste on my tongue?
With sweet aromas of tomorrow, to her
Bosom cling, like spring time daffodils?
If i bridged raindrops into arch of colour,
Would deep overcasts, shoot innocence
Into wretched despair? To sadden mothers:
Gut, joints, blood, bones, dust, and tears;
Into scenarios, macabre enough to holler,
Enough! of horror from gadgets loathsome.
Let love alone; rainbow into arch of colour

When i jumped on the bannister with my cute style,
All the boys were frightened but only for a while.
The girls with their pigtail,
Wanted i to sway without fail.
But boys are the hearts i won there with a smile.

DOT LIMERICK
Once there were five dots wanting to be four.
So they went in haste to the grocery store.
There were melons and bananas,
And tomatoes singing Hosannas,
But nary a dot minimizer ever there to score.
