A Happy November to all
❧✿❧ Sunday, that's yesterday I cooked myself some Jollof Rice and some roasted chicken. The first photo in the mosaic is that of my Jollof Rice just simmering before I turned off the stove yesterday. I added some of my old tomato photos to make today's mosaic ❧✿❧

You've heard about the Monday Blues ❧✿❧ well this is Monday WRites (musing on the definition here of rite, as any customary observance or practice eg the rite of afternoon tea).

  1. Oh wow! We make the rice with tomatoes as well in India except that there's a whole bunch of extra spices that we toss in! And oh yes it would be lovely with the chicken! Made me hungry gillena!

  3. I love tomatoes too and sliced a big ripe tomato for lunch today. One of the nice things about living in Florida is the fresh veggies and fruits we have year round. Now...is it a veggie or fruit! I better go back and figure it out! heehee!
