Gorgeous gorgeous photo! I used to sew....had a sewing machine for many years and made most of my childrens' clothes when they were young....so I can relate to that first statement and use of the word "wound" ... I also realize what a mess there is if the bobbin thread gets stuck in the machine. Enjoyed this post very much.
ReplyDeleteGillena: hoping vaccines proliferate and the virus is contained....stay safe, my friend.
Thanks gor your appreciation Lillian

It's understandable for moms to get wound up tight with caring for wounds...I've been there too! Take care, Gillena.

Gillena - I am so sorry to hear that T&T is in a state of emergency. We finally seem to be getting a bit normal, so it is distressing to know it is difficult elsewhere. I hope you can stay safe, and that spending some time with your blogging buddies brings you some relief and distraction. Thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday.

I hadn’t heard that Trinidad and Tobago were in a state of emergency, Gillena! Please stay safe and well. I like the simile in the opening line and that your quadrille begins and ends with the prompt words, in both of its meanings.
